Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the circumstances under which orders can be cancelled and the process for requesting cancellation.

Before Shipment:

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately at info@luxewood.shop or +1 608-209-5207. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing has begun.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placement. Orders submitted after 6:00 PM (Eastern Time (ET) are processed the following business day. The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of stopping the order before shipment.

If we successfully cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

After Shipment:

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves our facility.

If you no longer want an item after it has shipped, you have two options:

  1. Refuse delivery: You may refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The item will be returned to us, and we will process a refund once we receive it. Please note that you will be responsible for the original shipping fee if your order was under $500.

  2. Return after delivery: Accept the delivery and follow our standard returns process. You may return the item within 30 days of delivery according to our Returns & Refund Policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

Cancellation Confirmation:

If your cancellation request is received and approved before shipment, we will send you a confirmation email. If we are unable to cancel your order, we will notify you and provide information about your return options.

Exceptions:

Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Final Sale items cannot be cancelled or returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Timeline:

Approved cancellations result in refunds processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit.
