Shipping policy

This policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timelines, and what you can expect when ordering from Luxewood.

Shipping Coverage: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders of $500 or more: FREE standard shipping
  • Orders under $500: $20 flat rate standard shipping

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 6:00 PM ((Eastern Time (ET) will be processed the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Time: After your order ships, standard delivery takes 3-6 business days. Total delivery time is the combination of processing time (1-2 business days) plus transit time (3-6 business days).

Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on your location and the nature of your order. The carrier is selected to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible before shipment but cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.

Order Cancellation:

  • Before shipment: Cancellation requests may be accommodated depending on order status, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You may refuse delivery or follow our returns process once you receive the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include replacement, refund, or other appropriate solutions. Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by Luxewood.

Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist in tracking your order if delays occur.
