We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, our returns policy provides options for eligible items.
Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order (based on delivery confirmation date).
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
- Free from damage, stains, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@luxewood.shop or +1 608-209-5207 within the 30-day return window. Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and authorization.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Standard returns (change of mind, doesn't fit needs, etc.): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Luxewood will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns. If you received free shipping on an order of $500 or more, no shipping deduction applies.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for return or replacement at no cost to you and will handle the situation based on the specific circumstances.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
