Dead on Arrival (DOA) Coverage:
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at info@luxewood.shop or +1 608-209-5207 with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
Failure to report issues within 48 hours may limit our ability to provide warranty coverage.
What This Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It applies to products that arrive damaged or prove defective within the warranty period.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care

- Products marked as "Final Sale" (unless DOA)
- Damage occurring after delivery due to customer handling
Resolution Options:

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims:
For valid warranty claims involving damaged or defective products, Luxewood will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for DOA claims or within 30 days for other defects
- Provide required information and photos
- Await our assessment and resolution offer
- Follow provided instructions for return or replacement
Warranty Limitations:
